Neutralizer is a fixing cream+ that is used during eyelash lamination to fix the new eyelash curl obtained with Lifting Cream (step 1).
This neutralizing cream gently curls eyelashes without damaging them, making them look healthier and shinier.
Its special formula strengthens, hydrates and softens eyelashes.
Application times: 1/2 of the application time of the first step plus 2 minutes.

The Hydrating Serum+ is the final step. This serum has a dual function: it seals the cuticle, removes residue, and hydrates the lashes.
