WARRANTY
*This is valid for 14 business days from the date the product is delivered; after this time, no claims will be accepted.
*Photographic and audiovisual evidence must be sent in order to make the warranty effective.
*This does not cover mishandling of the adhesive or lack of knowledge regarding the use of latest generation adhesives.
*It is recommended to follow the instructions that are sent, so that you do not have problems with your adhesive.
*Logistics and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*Returns are valid for 14 days from the date the product is delivered; after this time, no claims will be accepted.
*To process the return, you must send both photographic and audiovisual proof of the product's condition.
*This cannot be opened.

ADHESIVE STORAGE
Fenix can be stored for 4 to 6 months before opening; however, we recommend short-term storage, especially if you are unsure whether your workplace can maintain precise temperatures. Ensure the adhesive is at room temperature before use. Once opened, do NOT refrigerate the adhesive. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the bottle is securely closed after each use. Clean the nozzle after each use. Once opened, it is recommended to replace the nozzle every 5 weeks, although Fenix can last up to 3 months after opening if stored correctly. Never store it in the freezer.
If the adhesive isn't working properly or the retention is being affected, we recommend an update on new generation adhesives and retention, as the adhesive is often not the culprit.
